Prices and availability are the seller's, and change without notice. A house that looked perfect on Tuesday may be gone by Friday — that is the nature of the market, not a fault in the listing.

Ruins are filtered out. “Cheap Italian house” usually means a roofless shell; ours are places you could reasonably move into.
